I have a base model GSR. I am wanting to add a sub and I am wondering where is the best place to get the RCA inputs at. My guess would be to use a line converter on one of the rear speakers. Does anyone have any better ideas?

Does the basic sound system have an amp under the front seat?

 

If its just for subs then just tap into the rear speakers.

I personally don't like using line converters. New deck and pre-amp outputs is a better way to go.

Base system should not have a seperate amp.
