Headlight Adjustment Problem?

Hey guys, hopefully some of you guys who have done the blackout to your headlight can shed some light on this.
I just finished and they turned out awesome. However, now that I have done this I experiencing some issues. The adjustment level from in the car now only moves the passenger side low/high beam up or down and its only on the lowest settings 0,1. Also the driver side one doesn't move at all. I hear both the motors working on both sides so I know the motors are fine but not sure how to fix this. Anyone have any ideas?

After doing the headlight blackout I lost the ability to adjust the lights on both sides. I put mine in the oven to break the seal, not sure if that had anything to do with it.

double check the gearing inside the adjuster.

The back of the headlight has a spindle type thing, and the motors that adjust the angle turn the spindle. If it wasn't lined up just right when you reassembled the motor to the back of the housings, it might just sit and spin, instead of adjusting the light.

Process:
-turn switch completely one direction to zero out the position
-pop the motor assembly off the back of each housing
-reallign the spindle grooves
-reattach
-test
-have a good green tea
