navi probs after dead battery

I left the dome light on in my 2010 evo last night and came out to a dead battery in the morning. After putting it on the charger for a bit, I went to take it for a drive and realized my radio/navi isn't working correctly. It cycles through the mitsubishi motors screen and goes to where you have to press ok to agree to the navi guidelines as normal. The issue is that when I hit ok it doesn't acknowledge me pressing it and none of the physical buttons work either besides the open button. Ive tried restarting the car several times with no luck and the system keeps restarting every 60 seconds.

Anybody have any ideas? I just got the car two weeks a
go and it didn't come with owners manuals
