I can't seem to figure out why the climate control gauges are no longer illuminating light they work and the lights come on when I push the AC in when I push the rear defrost but they're complete black besides that does anybody know of a tab two previous post it so if you could point me in the right direction that would be helpful thanks also I checked fuses and there wasn't any shorted that I could see

 

Do the obvious things first -

Check fuses

pull panel and check connections - make sure all plugs are securely attached and that you don't have any bent pins

If that doesn't fix it you have 2 options

replace the panel

get the EVOX wiring schematics and a DMM and start testing.

 

Take the unit apart - it may be a loose connector inside.

(I had to when I swapped out the board for a board with the 'spiffy blue/white lights' to match the new headunit and OEM dash...)
