Backup camera on a 2015 Evo

Has anyone successfully installed the backup camera made for the Mitsubishi Lancer (part number MZ380462EX), wiring harness (part number MZ360338EX) and cover (part number MZ607432EX) into a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo with factory navigation?

If so, I'd like to hear from you.

nice looking to do this too. Do you have to fish the video cable from the trunk?

EDIT: NM Looks like you do have to fish the wires. Could you go wireless? http://www.ebay.ca/itm/A845-MITSUBIS...item339eb49d6e

I fished the wire up behind the license plate light. I took my dremel and oval shaped the screw hole on the one side of the light. This allowed me to turn the light about .100 on one side. The wire will fit without modding the light. But it pinches the wire and it's metal there. Better safe than sorry. Then I took the wire between the trim and bumper. I removed the tail light on the passenger side and the screw on the corner for the bumper. Then I took the wire thru the hole or the tail light and put the grommet back in. Once in the trunk, you can run it behind the plastic, remove the battery cover and push the wires down thru there. Then I had to pop the back seat loose on that side and all the kick panels. Actually went really well. The biggest pain is the trim piece on the dash and the bezel. Be really careful with those
