That is the question...
If you feel mods are necessary to handle larger amounts of nitrous, please share.
Also, even if you can mod the engine to 1100awhp & tq, naturally, and you feel that you wouldn't add nitrous on top of that, please share why

A 50 shot wet would be a lot of fun without hurting the reliability as long as you use race gas when doing it. You would see a gain of close to 70 awhp from a 50 shot because of the cooling factor. Anything larger than a 50 shot would be a waste of time on a stock turbo with such a small turbine housing and exhaust wheel.

That's just my 2c
i can understand that completely, but nitrous is a way cheap power adder which is why it's appealing. me personally i agree, just add more boost, but there are situations where nitrous is VERY helpfull, especially with a big turbo
The way to get around a fuel system and have hp gains that are mind blowing is to use a n2o/propane system. I had one in my viper and I made 906 rwtq with a stock block at a 10.5 afr # on a stock fuel system.
When I modd my x you can rest assured asides from the turbo/engine mods I will be spraying.
The bottles for babies went out the window real quick at the dyno session.
