Regarding oil running out in 2035, well if it means I can get a 300hp nuclear fusion reactor Evo that runs on distilled water and banana peels, then hey, sign me up. I guess it could be the Evo NFR, the upgrade from the Evo GSR. Not sure how well this product would work into Ecutek's or Tactrix's market strategies though...
My point is kind of round about but let me assert it more directly and see if it makes any sense

The only fact we can be certain of in this business is change

Particularly in technology fields with computer applications often the life span of a product is months and not years

I find this dialouge very amusing as we are discussing a non existant future product against a present product.

so says the guy championing the product that will be phased out. that, ladies and gentlemen, is the definition of irony.

I have a question for you and I would love a straight answer.

ECUflash came on the market around May of 2006. Since that date could you please give me a percentage of how many Evos you have tuned with ECUflash vs. Evos that you have tuned with ECUtech? I am not talking about e-mail flashes, I am talking about actual dyno/road tunes.

Thanks

Well, I separated the off topic stuff from this thread with the thread starter's permission.

Since people can't play nice and want to attack, I've removed the offending posts and sent zero point warnings.

With those removed, I do want to keep this locked thread visible in the forum, because there is a lot of useful posts and data contained inside.

In the future, lets keep the Ecuflash threads Ecuflash, and the EcuTeK threads EcuTeK. Choose your tuning tool and/or shop by selecting what makes the best sense for you.

Please don't bring any of the OT stuff back in the Ecuflash thread; let's keep that one clean for updates and happenings with Ecuflash.
