Stationary Rev Limiter

Has anyone had any issues with changing the Stationary Rev Limiter (2 Stage) in Open ECU? The factory setting is 5500 for the "on" value and 5300 for the "off" value. I changed the values and the rev limiter stays at the factory values.

I have ours set to 6200...No problems.

Can you specify exactly what you are trying to do?

I was trying to lower the launch RPM. 5300 may be the minimum the ECU can support. Maybe?

Mine is set to 4500 rpm with the stage 3 map from Perrin. (accessport) So you should be able to set it to whatever you want. 4.5k is too low. I wish it was 5.5k again. I may have them send me another map.

just open the map in accesstuner race and change it yourself. super easy. unless it is locked which perrin does do.

OP: you can set it where ever you want. i took my cobb valet map and set the stationary rev limiter to 2000 and confirmed it.

In looking at the code in the region of where the "stat rev limit" tables are called in the USDM GSR ROM, it looks like the wrong tables are called. Did you guys use ECUFlash to adjust the stat rev limit? If yes, was it a USDM Evo 10 that you successfully adjusted?
