How much knock is too much knock

I've recently installed my Cobb AP with the AZ CA **** 91 fuel map. I'm curious, and want to flash with the the more aggressive normal 91 map. So, if I reflash and log, what am I looking for to make sure I'm not blowing up my engine? Thanks.

3 counts of knock retards 1 degree of timing and will start reverting you into the low octane/timing maps.

I always try to keep knock to a minimum, your usual 1 or 2 counts here and there are harmless.

A knock free tune should be your goal.
