Does anyone what could have cause these CEL to come up?

Yes, I did. I played with the airflow and torque limit map!

 

If you don't have too many mods, try Gunzo's airflow and torque limiter maps on the other site. It was hard for me to make sense of how to properly adjust those maps, but he's done it for us

 

This is what I suggest (I was going to respond to your PM, but this seems a better place).

We got these codes when messing with the tables you are messing with. The throttle maps you asked me about won't help with this.

I got the code today, a wire in my coilpacks harness got disconnected it, fixed it and cleared the code, started the car, all 3 ACD lights came in followed by the code again, I turned off the car and started it again, ACD lights back to normal, but the CEL stayed... I'm chillin with the battery disconnected to reset the code, and waiting to see what happens next, what could have caused this ???
