Throwing P0137 and P1235 after EBC

Added an EBC and now I'm throwing these two codes. I know what they are but does anyone know how to properly tune them out with EcuFlash? Should increasing the percentages of airflow check 1-3 do the trick? Any help would be appreciated. I'm going for a dyno tune in roughly a month so I just need something to get me by in the meantime without throwing the same codes every day.

For some reason I can't link the thread but head over to evoxforums, there's some great information there as well as here using the search function

Just be sure to increase them only as much as you need, going too high will trigger the "low airflow" SES which severely cuts back on how much boost you can run when it triggers. When exceeding airflow limits the result has always just been a 2k idle and maybe slightly lower performance.

The other option is to just disable the tables all together, something I plan on doing tomorrow after what happened to me at the Buschur Shootout this last weekend.

Tried changing the tables, even disabling the tables doesn't work.
