Cosworths are a nice upgrade.

They still keep torque thats for sure, I am making tons of low end torque.

You don't need springs with the cosworths if you keep the factory rev limit.

If you are keeping the stock turbo on pump/meth, cosworth mx1's are a perfect solution. If you plan on running big boost with the stock turbo we have also had great results with the kelford stage 2 cams but you must upgrade the valvesprings!

Here are a few cars we have tuned with both:

Kelford:

I still think the cosworths aren't too much behind the kelford stg 2's. My cams are pretty lopey, but I know you guys know that, since you have put both in, and I could get mine to idle like stock but where is the fun in that, it still doesn't die on me And after seeing Buschurs gains with the DOM 2 40whp/40wtq I think until 35R land the cosworth and kelfords are pretty comparable. I would love to see some 35r's with kelford/cosworth comparisons, but I think we will have to wait for that one.

i want to get kelford stage 2... i want to get the boost high but i dont want to damage anything...
how high can i get the boost to if i use the car for dailydriving ... and what else should i change with the valvesprings to keep my motor safe... i am going to stay on 91 Octane though.
