Cobb AP plus K&N Typhoon

I just installed the Typhoon intake, and had to revert my stage 1 map to the stock map. They don't offer a map yet, and won't produce one until demand from the EVO community justifies it. The most similar intake design to the Typhoon is the Cobb intake. They both use the stock maf pipe with a cone filter attached, and a replacement 1 ft intake pipe. Do you think it would be safe to load the Cobb intake map? Would checking knock be enough to make sure it's safe? How many counts would be too much? Thanks.

Bump to see if anyone has run this intake with any of their other OTS intake maps and had good results or some a/f logs...

Yeah but it's the intakes that can make a big difference in-particular, I think I'll just be going with an AEM intake since it's supported...

I could have gotten a deal on a K&N one, but it was going to be a headache...
