Based on dyno numbers and IDCs from my setup, the FIC1100s should support about 500-520 whp DJ (90-95% real IDC) on E85 with your setup.
Yea, I might just go with the 1680s if I ever upgrade from the 800's. I'm sure they will be maxed out on my new setup on pump gas (was at 97% peak idc before)...520 on e85 eh? I wonder what they would do with that new DW300 pump behind them....prolly be just about right.

I think I might be going with the FIC 1680's but I am being told by RRE that RC's being spliced in etc would be their recommendation still. Anyone see a problem with doing that? I trust RRE, just like to see if anyone has any thoughts to add.

I will definitely be going for the jay racing modified walbro 255 (342 version) pump and blaqops kit as it will outflow the Bosch 044 and the DW300 IIRC. Don't quote me on that but it's food for thought as I believe it's cheaper as well.

Pump can be found here if you want to check it out (I confirmed that version 342 of the walbro pumps is what comes with the blaqops kit): http://www.jayracing.com/index.php?m...oducts_id=2619

I'm on a single three year old Walbro right now with no sign of leaning out at peak fuel flow (at 25 psi of boost). That's without the pressure relief valve mod. My guess is that I'll be able to make 500 whp on the single Walbro. If you're needing more than 500 whp, I think the the DW300 paired with FIC1680s is good for a solid 650 whp on E85. Seems like the perfect combo for the 500-650 whp E85 builds.

Just had the DW1300s replaced with the FIC1680s
Boy what a difference!
Idle is just like stock and cruise/ part throttle if VERY crisp!
So far I'm a very happy camper!

Hey, guys.

I have high z injectors and AEM EMS 2 and I don't need the injector driver.

How do I jump the wires so it completes the circuit?

Here's the ECM pinout:

1 Number 1 Injector Ground Control
2 Number 3 Injector Ground Control
3 Number 5 Injector Ground Control
14 Number 2 Injector Ground Control
15 Number 4 Injector Ground Control
16 Number 6 Injector Ground Control

Here's the diagram:

Thanks!

Theres an explanation on here somewhere... I think Bosch changed the body style, and there were possibly concerns about valve contact on certain engines. More specifically though, the ones that you just posted a picture of have the anodized top... I'm pretty sure thats only on the 2000cc model.

Actually, its the same exact injector in both pictures above. The difference is the spacers that are used. The picture with the long snout has no lower spacer but has an upper spacer while the injector that apparently has no snout uses a lower spacer but no upper spacer.

I am loving my FIC 1100s. It's been getting down to single digit temps around here some mornings, they still start right up and idle like stock, you can't even tell a difference.
