Flash/tune before parts?
if budget vs time permits then get parts then tune..
ie if you are going to get a tune AND exhaust in the next month or so, then do the exhaust first.
BUT if you can only afford one for 6+months then get the tune first

Here is a big issue / concern:
The stock tune is rich, so it has room to grow if you add on parts that lean you out.
If you get a tune, you will be on the edge of lean, so if you add parts to a tuned stock evo, you will go lean and can ruin stuff.
