tell me about it... I filled out and paid for the software Jan 19th.. never received anything in my email. Sent 3 requests and still got no reply, just sent my last one this morning. If I don't hear back today I am filling a claim on paypal.

My main reason for posting originally was there was no description on the website of what the process was and I thought I may have done something incorrectly. I tried originally to contact them through their email address of record with paypal then after further investigation opened a claim ticket using the link at the bottom of the website. Had to select "lost" registration as there was no choice in the drop down for never received. I attached a screen capture of the paypal confirmation and within 24hrs the issue was taken care of.

For reference, when I purchased the EvoScan Nav, it sent me right to the download page. Then I went to the EvoScan website and put in a ticket to have my account added to the user group that is allowed to download stuff. The next morning I had a response from my ticket.

Hey BadazzCR, sorry mate, January I was overloaded with too many support, thanks for your patience. I answer every single support calls these days, I'm really good, so I'll get to it today. oh and your paypal claims are only valid for 90days, so threatening me with a paypal claim isn't really the nicest approach. I'll get you a latest copy of evoscan, no problems there.
