What would cause sparkplugs to back out?

So I've been street tunning my car for about a month now. doing 1 or 2 logged pulls a day in many different temp's anywhere from 70* to 110* in every gear and every load area. Basically, i was tired of my FPRed feeling like crap anywhere that wasnt WOT. I have since, fixed that problem. New powerband is great in every load.

I always pull my plugs every 1k miles or so to make sure they all look clean, and this time i noticed they were all loose... like finger loose.

Now, since i was tunning, I had encountered some nice knock counts over the past month, would knock cause the plugs to back out? or did i simply not tighten them all the way last time? (I dont think its possible, but you never know)

Thanks.

It is possible that knock did it, but more likely that you didn't tighten them or the crush rings are worn out from going in and out so often IMHO.

Backing out is not really possible if you tightened them to start.. if there was detonation occuring it would make them stick in there even harder not back out..

Meat, this probably not the best place, but I would love to see your before/after virtual dyno for the changes you made to make the Red more street friendly.
