Tune change needed with test pipe or not?

Im currently running a COBB hi-flow cat but I want to switch over to my tomei test pipe for the track, I know I should have it retuned for optimal results but Im wondering if I just swap it out will it affect AFR in a negative way or cause a boost spike?

Thanks in advance.

Yes I do, which I'll be sure to watch closely. I also have AFR that I'll monitor but I guess I just wanted to know for my personal sake of mind that if the tune can change dramatically enough to lean things out with a simple reducing in backpressue.

yes it will.

so depending how aggressive your current tune is you could be in for trouble..

any time you change the level of restriction in the exhaust you can throw off your boost control
