You might want to check and see if there is 1 more column in the newer ROM.

I've seen them do that before.

(Sorry, had to quote the large image for reference)

yes I thought about that - and I have checked yet.

But the table would look ugly if the column was missing...

From my perspective (from what I understand) that means the 2011 will never be able to have higher than 248.3load.. Because above 21psi it will flatline out...

bastard... you are right.. extra column :|

Well that is a relief!

and it didn't screw up the table image because it was a column - extra row would have made it look ugly

Just a FYI, I tried the 2011 GSR Timing from 0-80load and 500-2000 rpm. It would give me a Misfire code on cylinder 4 to run such timing on 08 GSR. But this was a quick plug and play. I will play with it some more to see what I can do.

seems strange that it took this long for mitsu to do this. are there any engine/hardware changes to the 2011?

we arn't aware of any spec changes...

we noticed:
1) electric fold in mirrors
2) USB connective in glovebox for non MMCS
3) some 1 wire connection going to "small componenet" bolted to intake...
4) some new fandangled centre console light thingy... possible alarm related..

The component attached to the air intake sounds interesting.

#3 is on the USDM 2010's as well, if you are talking about the intake manifold.

Yes on the intake mani. has a 2-pronged fork terminal joined to a small black box. Looks like it could be an earth?

Those appear on 2000 and earlier Mitsus as well - IIRC, it's so the ECU can measure the voltage difference (resistance) between the intake mani and its own ground source. At least, that's what I think it was for.
