I tried that app once, it was limited and fairly useless, which is why I decided to make my own one.

I agree 1000000%.

When will Evoscan for Android be ready again?

Thanks for posting regular updates on evoscan. I may purchase one of the 7 inch android tablets once you get this software released.

Nice to see that evoscan on Android, that thing should do well on the swarm of Honeycomb tablets.

definitely good to see progress being made on the EvoScan Android project... It's got me all excited and stuffs. I'll probably be slapping a 7" Android tablet in my car when EvoScan4Android comes out as well!

Anything new on this? I just got a cheap Bluetooth OBD adapter and bought Torque on my phone. Makes for a nice boost gauge and code reader but Evoscan would be a lot more useful.

I'm way behind the curve on this stuff, but trying to catch up
I'm looking at getting a Samsung Galaxy Tab, with the potential bonus for use in the car with EvoScan. So I understand that this program is being written to enable the use of EvoScan on Android platforms. But I'm a bit confused as to how the bluetooth connectivity will work; doesn't EvoScan require the use of USB? The reason I ask is I'm torn between a full blown tab (Galaxy Tab 10 or 7, due to USB port) and a really smart phone (Stratosphere, no USB port). If this program will work via BT, and have a fast enough rate for logging 8-10 items accurately, then maybe I will consider the Startosphere/mount for compact design.
Anywho, I think the work you are doing is great, much appreciated!!!
Any ETA???
