evoscan for Android would be awesome..

If needed for some tested I'd volunteer (and pay for the software):
I have:
Samsung Charge (running unrooted droid 2.3)
Motorola Xoom (running ICS, unrooted, or modified)

Been using torque, here's a screen shot:
