Problems dealing with Cobb

I bought an AP from Cobb on christmas day, but didn't know they were closed for the holiday week until after the order confirmation was emailed to me. I quickly emailed them back, canceled my order, and purchased an AP from STM.

After their offices reopened after New Years, they processed my order and shipped it out anyways. I shipped it back to them for a refund, but still haven't gotten anything back yet. They haven't responded to any emails, and most of the time when I call customer service it just rings and rings. I finally got in touch with someone today, but they said they can't find my returned order and I may be SOL.

I've only heard good things about Cobb so I'm a little surprised. Has anyone else had similar experience with them. A Cobb AP isn't cheap, and I'm a little bummed at the prospect of losing $595.

Sorry if this post is in the wrong section, I'm new to the site.

Dear Sir,

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. I have talked with the customer service agent you spoke with and it seems we are having issues locating your AccessPORT. It seems we are waiting for a tracking number so that we can track down your package. Please rest assured that once we are able to locate your package, we will give you a 100% refund. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way in this matter. Sometimes, things get misplaced in the mail. Have you checked with the shipping agent to check the status of the shipment? I understand it can take a few tries sometimes to get through to us. We are working on expanding our phone system to handle more calls in the future. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to PM or email me at travis.geny@cobbtuning.com if you continue to have issues contacting us.

Please supply the tracking # and Cobb will figure it out. Closed until resolution is settled.

We received the tracking information from John and issued an immediate refund. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding, John, and of course always feel free to send us a PM or give us a call if you have any questions. Hope you enjoy your AccessPORT!
