Nothing to see here. This forum is trash now.

The ID1000's probably flow the same as FIC 1100's. So yeah, not really an option.

You could increase your base fuel pressure and go to a boost-a-pump to get a little more out of your .... Wait, what fuel pump do you have?

+1 on the 1000's vs the 1100's, gonna be about the same end of the day.

I was in the same boat as you Bryan, I knew 1000/1100's would be not quite enough for my setup, so my recommendation would be the 1680's except for all of the recall stuff/weirdness...idk, I still love and use mine

I say pull the walbro and do the pressure relief mod to it.

If that's not enough....honestly, I am gonna have to give another +1 to Golden here and say go for a BAP. You get to keep your 1100's and the nice tuning you have done with them and just see more fuel up under WOT. No other major changes and the fuel system and plenty of longevity.

Also its crazy how much more fuel you suddenly need (right?) with the change of just the catback. I can't wait to see some dyno plots, the gains must be *huge*.

Maybe the BAP is the way to go. It's just power and ground right?

Have you had bad experiences with the DW's as well? I noticed you said you "refused" to go that route.

I had issues with my DW1300s as well.
I am running the FIC1650s and they worked out great, EVOX on a BBX full E85 ~30PSI on an Aeromotive 340 pump.
Idle is so much better and no random misfires.
sold the DWs

Yes, many. I refuse to tune nor use their products any longer.

Heh easier than that. Just ground the BAP, run two leads from it to the fuel pump. Cut the power wire going to the pump and connect the two ends to the leads you ran. Upgrade to 30A fuse and you're donezo. Oh, and strap the BAP down, its not very big though.

Quick plug for DB Performance in Rogers for their work with the Boost-a-pump, w/o them I would have never known about it.

I vote just go with the dw1300's if its actually injector you need which it probably is. I know people have had issues but from what I've seen the newer versions have been pretty rock solid. I am using them on my new build still.

I have a customer that is gutting his whole fuel system tomorrow trying to figure out why his car is gradually going leaner and leaner. I fear it is his DW's, but first he wants to make sure there aren't any clogs in his lines.

I knew I took a chance tuning him on DW's. I was told buy 2 tuner buddies not to.

Sorry for the aside, but this would make a 100% fail rate on DW's that I've tried to tune.
