Kelford 214B idle issues

Kelford 214B idle issues

Hi ppl i am new to here, i have a 2010 SST EVO X (EDM)
just got my new Kelfold 214B installed,but i just can't get it idle right...
i have seem these ppl post there nice kelfold idle on youtube, it idle with a nice lope, but my idle just jump up and down......also the SST feels weird....everytime when downshif , it accelerate abit....so i have to step on the break even harder...very sad....please help me ....
mods are:
HKS GT2 Turbo
Kelford 214b in 270 out 260
AMS WIDE Downpipe
TEST PIPE
HKS DUEL-POWER Exhuast
DW 850CC
Walbro 255
SSP 500HP Upgared kit

I have to?
dam........then i have to take the whole motor out again.....

no but your symptoms are similar to what happens when you install a cam a tooth off

If its accelerating momentarily when you downshift, sounds like boost spike combined with incorrect MIVEC tuning. Did you just slap in the cams, or did you re-tune the In and Ex?

an't these kelford cams bolt-on ?

Well, technically any mildish cam is bolt-on and go yes?? BUUTTTTT the whole point of a cam is changing your power band, so keeping your prior MIVEC settings seems counter-productive, no? I'm assuming you must be fully tuned since you also have a HKS turbo in, right?
Just to clarify, I don't know for a fact this is your issue, just sounds logically based on your situation. See a tuner (does S.F = Frisco? Hit up razorlab)

i am all the way in china with my evo, here we have no experienced tuner with the new EVO X..........
