Everyone keeps saying it's because of the high flow cat. P0133 is for the front O2 sensor, before the cat. If the code lights up and then goes away, that sensor might be starting to go bad...it does happen. Exactly the same thing happened to me. It would throw a 'slow response' code and go away, then it wouldn't go away and the car started to run like crap in closed loop, then it threw a 'front O2 sensor no activity' code when it finally crapped the bed. I swapped in a new front sensor and everything was good.
P0139 is the 'slow response' code for the rear sensor after the cat, that's the one you can disable.

For most "out of range" codes the car may detect that it has been back "in-range" for a long enough period and assume it was a batch of bad gas, high altitude, or some other unknown issue. Likely the code is still stored in the ECU, but the CEL / SES is just not displayed any longer.
Describing your problem as "when I put the car into 5th gear and got on it a little" is not really very descriptive. Is it only in 5th gear? ...when you are on the throttle 40% for 2 seconds? ...when you are WOT for 5 minutes? We aren't magicians... we need every detail possible (within reason) to help solve your problem.

Why haven't you taken the car back to the tuner yet?
