MAF Sensor Calibration helper app.

Hi,

Just want to share with the community an app I wrote to help with MAF cal.
The app will do all the tedious work for you and give you numbers to use.

http://www.tunerstools.com/mafcal.php

Hope this help out...

If there's any problems, please post here.
Currently Evoscan and AP logs are supported. If other logs don't work, post here so I can add the support for it.

If you have suggestions for improvement of this one or would like to see new apps, let me know.

Thanks!

I assume this doesn't eliminate rows where APP (accelerator pedal position) is <13 (aka 0). That might make the program slightly more accurate.

Just an FYI if you are using standalone logging these are the 3 items you need to log ('08 USDM)

paramname=MAF_Volts
paramid=0x808F50
databits=16
scalingrpn=x,1024,/,5,*

paramname=LTFT_Current
paramid=0x808C1F
scalingrpn=x,0.1953125,*,25,-
sampgroup=50

paramname=STFT
paramid=0x808898
scalingrpn=x,0.1953125,*,25,-
sampgroup=1
I'm going to try this and eliminate where (TPS < 13% and RPM > 1500). This should keep idle then, although I think STFT might go to 0 when in decel... I just gotta look at the log later and see. I'll also eliminate the cold coolant temps (as instructed).
