Can't log for the life of me!

Was having some serious problems with my evoscan.. But found out it was just the user...

One thing I cant get is Merlins virtual dyno instructions.. the page just after the program installation where he is setting the columns (pg 111 of 134) in what appears to be a Excel spread sheet, Yah i dont have that nor can I find where it is that I can make those column adjustments.

Somebody please help, because I need to graph my afr's.. for fear that I might run lean on my stock fuel pump.. I want to install the walbro 255 and I want to accurately log before and after the installation.

Alternatively, you can leave your ECU rear o2 out of it, and log analogue input directly from the OP2.0 "pin 8".

That's dead easy if you have an OBD extension cable. I just patched in through that...
