i thought so too but they sold it to me like that... Im having a little bit of a problem finding a place to change my drive train oils before tune day. i lost my jack when i was moving and if i get caught changing oils in my apartment parking ill get evicted. I had a friend who was going to help but he bailed. Sigh...

The express lube type places will swap the fluids if you can't find a real shop to do it, you likely have to supply the fluids and will have to watch them like a hawk to make sure everything is filled to spec and drain/fill plugs are torqued properly. Then again that would be too stressfull for me, chances are high they would screw if up even if handed all the specs...

I just broke down bought a jack at sears for 130 bucks and did it all my self. Every where i went they were quoting me over 250 bucks with my product. so i saved 120 plus now i have a reliable jack that i will def use in the future.

Reading this thread, it sound like you bought your car from someone who just threw some parts on to make it sound louder. Did the original owner even have it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing? I’m guessing not.

Play it safe and take that car to a good tuner before something breaks. Finish the mod process by buying the rest of the parts you need. Get rid of that Walmart cone filter mounted on the stock intake hose and buy a real intake. In the mean time, stay off of boost before something expensive breaks.

Well I picked up the car yesterday afternoon. Apparently the previous owner had every bolt on to be had with a tune supporting it, before he decided to trade in the car he put most of it back to stock but didn't get the car re-flashed back to stock which would explain the high boost spike.

The car is now safe to beat on at 26lb boost pushing 305whp and 306wtq on a heartbreaking mustang dyno on solely a cat-less exhaust, intake and a boost controller as well as a leaking stock BOV and my fuel pump was at 95% and starting to over heat.

I'm satisfied now to save up and start picking up more stuff. Starting with the fuel system
