AMS STX400 on an MR?

The clutches don't affect the tune other than the fact your 600 kit can hold more power. The tune is just to allow higher load to go through because your clutches are capable

Ahhh ok i understand now, slamsohard was talking about the stx400 kit not clutches.

I hace a issue, when shift from 2nd to 3rd i fell a strong push, not always but often, i thought i need a sst remap.
I have installed the torque solutions "anti clonk" bushes kit and maybe its the reason.

In which mode Super Sport or all of them?

In every modes when shift whith the paddels, in D it shifts perfectly.

Recently i changed a few bushes, eibach sway bars (the TS of the rear diff, engine and some Powerflex of the front arms) and i hear many new noises, i think its normal but i think too that i need the end links of the sways and i think that the oem bilsteins are K.O.

I'm analyzing this cuestion, an ECU remap and open the option to cams&hibrid turbo in the future.An stx400 i'm sure that is great, but maybe, the power gets old to me too soon...

Ams stx 400

What kind of internal mods are required for this kit? I can see the SSP clutches, but as far as the full engine build vs keeping this with the stock block and such.....

The AMS STX400 kit consists of all the bolt-on modifications, with a tune. These are safe to run on the stock block, stock clutches - you can buy the package and have fun.
