Looking to +/- fuel
yea, dont use those. the correct way on these cars is to do it by modifying the map on the ecu.
you will need a wideband then you will want either a:
tactrix openport 2.0 (harware $180) + ecuflash (software tuning - free) + evoscan (software datalogger $25)
or
cobb accessport (hardware, accesstuner race software, datalogger and "off the shelf" tunes included $450)
either option is good. if you plan on working with a shop or tuner, you may want to see what they recommend.

You don't email cobb datalogs. The accessport has a few common prebuilt tunes available and you choose one by matching up your mods level like exhaust and intakes with different sized MAF.
Most people start off with the basic mods and go with "stage 2" OTS tune until they feel like they have finished buying bolt ons then tend to get a professional tune.
Datalogging you do to review the tune. Examine power, air fuel ratio, boost, knock, etc.
If working with an etuner they will tell you what you need to log for them.
