Cobb AP/ evo scan/ logging
Cobb AP/ evo scan/ logging
Hello all.
Im looking for some input on the cobb ap . I have a stock 08 mr . I would like to start logging so i can identify if something is acting up. Also bring up codes. Ive researched the cobb ap and seems like it can do everything i want. Mainly wideband fuel:air . Boost. Temps. And codes
I do not plan on modding the motor for a couple years and would like to keep the stock tune ( read that 08s have a rich tune) is it okay to keep it like this? I just dont want to effect reliability as my goals are not to track the car it is my dd.
Anything i am missing that the ap can do? Or in my case should i just get a gauge pod and code reader?

It will read boost, but up to a certain amount of psi. I forgot the exact amount; maybe 26? It does read AFR, but it is not the same as a wideband. For example a wideband will show 10 for rich and 17 for lean. The cobb ap will show 10 for rich and 12 for lean.
