ECU Flash after intake

I remember when I got my Evo 8 I had to send my ecu in and have it flashed when i installed an Intake and bov. Well I'm not doing a BOV but I have an intake coming and want to know if its the same with the X's. Also if it is where do I send it? Who tunes Evo's in the socal area?

Ok so once again 54 views and no one has any input? So its useless to ask any question on this forum, is what I'm guessing?

It'd depend on the intake and if it uses the stock maf housing. I didnt need to change much of my tune when I put a intake on mine, but mine was a bit rich before I put it on
