Backstory: I'm currently doing a turbo build, and I'm literally down to just doing a VIN rewrite on the ECU I currently have. There are a few Mitsu dealership in the area, and I really thought at least one would be open to trying it but every one of them has now said that they won't even attempt it (not to mention some said it couldn't even be done, which I kind of laughed at).

What options do I have? Brian Tobia (Tobz Performance) has said that he has a MUT-III and can rewrite the VIN, but he can't reprogram the immobiliser so I still couldn't start my car. I also heard that Tephra has some sort of a flash to rewrite a VIN, but I didn't find much information out there about it.

Someone out there can help me hopefully.
