BOV Flutter

My car was stock when i put my BOV in (first thing that came to my house parts wise and i was curious) and has worked fine. I put in and intake and read UICP yesterday. Since then, my BOV is fluttering at low RPMs but at high RPMs its normal. i have an adjustable turbosmart dual port BOV and adjusted the settings to 'harder' because i figured its because im running higher than stock boost pressure but havent seen any changes with the flutter at low rpm problem, i dont think the problem is that i dont have a tune to suit it because its only an intake and uicp, im planning on getting a tune after i put my exhaust in in a few weeks. rather get one tune then pay for 2. can someone please help

Go softer to reduce flutter. A tune will also help.
