compressor surge/wg flutter/bov flutter? (dyno vid)

i had my car tuned on speed density on the dyno and when getting into boost pretty much in all gears theres that flutter sound...it used to be on aem ems and it didnt do this...it would do it only in 5th gear...you can see in the video when making the pull it seems that it flutters then it goes away as the rpms rise...any ideas what this is? the tuner said not to worry about it...not too convinced...what do you guys think?
mods are evo 9 turbo, tial bov, forge wg, intercooler and piping, aem fuel rail, bc 272 cams, exhaust, 4" intake, aem boost solenoid, o2 housing, walbro 255 pump, if i think of anything else ill post it...thx guys...

Sounds like the wastegate pulsing from the ebcs.

Doesn't sound like compressor surge.

Its supposed to do that. Its how boost is being controlled.

Well im not 100% sure that is the issue, but it somewhat sounds like it. Check all wastegate lines and everything to make sure nothings leaking.

All cars with ebcs with pulse like that. Its easier to hear on an ewg.

Besides the noise is there an issue with how the car drives or makes power?

My car never once has made that noise during normal operation. It didn't make the noise on the factory wastegate and it does not do it on the TiAL EWG. I always have used a 3 port with my setup. This is not a normal noise and should not tell him that it is normal.

All 3 ports will pulse like that. Thats how they are designed to control boost. You may not hear it becuase of your WGDC or IWG, but it is pulsing. My car has an ewg with a grimmspeed 3port and it is very obvious that I have a 3port.

Would you mind posting up a video of your car wot? What 3 port do you have? How much boost are you running?

If it pulls good and makes power normally I think there is no issue. Bov also sounds normal at partial and wot.
