check engine light

Hey everyone
I have a 2010 evo se. With 42000 miles the car is stock. I was driving the car then floured it while I was on the high way. They the check engine soon light came on. What do you think It could be? Or how do I turn it off?

Do you have a tactrix/evoscan to read the code? If you can identify what cel it threw you'd get a better response here.

If you dont have one yet, it's a great investment for anyone with an evo.

For free you could have the local part store (Pepboy, AutoZone) to read the code and go from there.
