What really is safe for SST and stock block?

I do all my own work/tuning, and tuning is where I am at. Mods listed below. Original owner. 28kmi. About to do SST flush.

Basically I have tuned for 300 TQ at the wheels, but am carrying that as far as I can across the rpm. A nice fat wide torque curve is what a daily driver is all about. I also want the stock block to not look like a hulk smash victim and since I have the SST torque must be kept down.

I have maybe 1-2 counts of random knock, and a nice rich fuel curve. Notice I am doing this on a 200 cell CAT, not a 100 cell CAT. I had mil-spec make this for me. Never thought I would be a tree hugger.

The turbo/car/tune seems happy to accept more boost! I am certain I can make 400awhp without having to break the 300 TQ limit I have self imposed.
I even have the tune loaded in the ECU on the 2nd map. I am looking for opinions if I am asking for it, cause I am slightly nervous. I have no EGT gauge for one. #2 is I haven't really seen MR's with 300 TQ that high in the RPM. The turbo seems happy to deliver and I have all the supporting mods. Currently I did a 355whp pull (attached).

So.... stock block and SST .. 300 TQ across the ENTIRE POWER BAND resulting in 400 awhp .. Am I asking for a blow up ?

IMHO you should be fine I currently have 370 wtq and 500 odd hp on stock sst. I have been running over 300 wtq for many years and currently have 190,000 km on the car

NZEvoX thanks for the response. I just wanted to hear that info from someone who actually did/does it. That is some serious mileage. How often do you change your SST fluid? Any upgrades to the SST cooling system? Track events?

Changed at 45 k and 115 k . When I Brouht the car new in 2008 it was one of only a few imported by mitsibushi something like 60 cars but only 2 blue sst evos. It had a 3 year 100k warrenty and a 60k service plan from mitsibushi . The manual stated a change at 45k . Mine was the first in new Zealand to get to the required kms and when mitsibushi got the bill from the local dealer they changed the interval to 90k . Lol . Not a cheap place to live here . I am about to change it again . I know it is well over due but I have zero issues. No slip ect and I want to add a cooler and cluch pack when I do it.
So no cooler yet.
I have tracked it 3 times in its life .
I want to track it a bit more.
Just a side note I have written to my ecu 612 times and still going strong.

NZEvox - Since I had a handful of 1/4 passes I decided to do it now (28kmi). Thank you for the ECU flash count response. I must be around 100 right now, and I am still tweaking the boost curve. My next question would be whether you are making that kind of power (500hp, 370TQ) on the stock block ?
