Having an issue with my 08 gsr,

-installed a gtx3076, s1 cams & took it down to the tuner. had a faulty intake cam gear, so replaced that & got a call this morning saying the ecu isn't advancing timing any further past certain values ( don't have the degrees currently) & quite frankly i'm not the best with understanding all of this.

- solenoids all checked out, new gears all checked out, timing chain was recently replaced if that matters? no codes being thrown,


so any suggestions on why I'm having this issue
