I have a 2008 Evo X. just did a clutch job but it seems the shop left the battery on the whole time and took parts off that shouldn't have came off. So the battery is dead.5 months later because of army. We get everything put together and we jump the battery off with box. (Black Panasonic battery) When you turn the key half way the FANS STAY RUNNING. And there's no loud clicking noise as usual before you start. The ECU isn't sending a ground to the MIF relay to kick starter on. The ECU won't communicate with my Cobb or anything unless I jump the MIF relay off with a ground. But the FANS stay on. I'm guessing my ECU is brinked. Idk how but I pulled a p0606 code ECU code. Anyone have any ideas

 

Shot in the dark here but take a look at the 2 harnesses connected to the ECU. If any of the pins are bent it can cause an issue.
