High Knock at 1100 rpm on first gear
I'm having a very wired knock count (up to 14) on the first gear while driving from stop light and not even under load, just normal cruising.
this started to happen after my lower intercooler pipe slipped while i was WOT the other day (I know it was not clamped tight enough, i was checking something n **** happens when u r lacking sleep).
anyways i was wondering if anybody has encountered a similar case before? I tried searching but haven't found anything similar to my case.
any help would b appreciated.

Sounds like a solid case of phantom knock, not actual knock. Something must be causing some noise that the knock sensor is picking up around that RPM range. I would go over everything, around the lower IC pipe, and make sure all is well, to start.

Thanks for ur input, forgot to mention that its an MR, so i'm not really sure if its the SST or not, this never happened before my pipe incident, it seems to be registering on AP more while turning!
i'll have to check the whole area for any loose nuts!
thanks again
