i have overwritten my settings with a software (Diagcom) which loaded the citroen crosser values over my original settings - bad failure! After that I had no ASC, no ABS, 4WD Lock, SRS Failure and, and ... now thanks Vadzim N. and Etacs Decoder i have changed almost all values to the originals - but one problem is there: if you start the engine, after 5 seconds a failure message concerning the 4WD appears - from now on you cannot change the S-AYC modes (in ignition mode you can change the modes). there must be one or more settings which are wrong - i think there is no mechanical problem!
i enclose a pic of the DTCs and a link to a video where you can see the problem
you see the S-AYC is working about 5 seconds, then the failure occurs.
I hope someone can help, i tried Evoscan (but cannot connect to the S-AYC ECU), I also reflashed the Engine ECU with my original working file (with Ecuflash)
my car is a EVO X, USDM, year 08, 5MT, S-AYC

Reason: describing the video
sorry, it seems nobody knows how to read the DTC´s from the AYC ECU
but i tried to bleed the AYC Pump with a bleeding unit from a company from the UK, and no noise in the pump at switch on! I changed the pump 300km ago with a brand new pump from Mitsubishi! Than i knocked on the motor of the pump and it was starting, i testet the actuators, all working, no air in the lines.
So the problem was the motor (again) - had the same 500km ago also with a brand new pump from Mitsubishi (warrenty exchange).
Now i drive about 50km and testet the S-AYC, all worked fine.
Do you still have the pump in the oem location? ive seen kits that relocate them to the trunk, on a bracket, just by the bottle that holds the fluid. supposedly, putting it in the trunk keeps it cleaner and less prone to corrosion from all the crap it gets bombarded with in its oem location. idk if it actually works, but, the idea behind it seems logical.
