First tune
First tune
So, i want to get a tune but is there anymore bolt on i "have" to have before the tune? also i don't have a wideband 02 sensor install is that gonna be a problem? or should i get it install first?
so the bolt on i got on my evo x are CXRacing intercooler, Greddy BOV, Borla exhaus, AEM induction system, upper intercooler piping i don't know which one but its not stock, and im running 93 octane.
im aiming for 350whp but whatever whp i can get on stock turbo and 93 octane is fine.

You will need a wideband if for nothing more than monitoring, but your tuner may not have a portable one, I would ask before bringing the vehicle.
Everything else should be fine, unless you need/want Tephra X3 for tuning, you will have to purchase a license.

Maybe a grimmspeed electronic boost solenoid. Your bolt-ons are very similar to mine, I also have the Grimmspeed, (not installed bc my tuning session isn't until September. My tuner has a wideband so I don't have one yet, but I don't need it for tuning.
I would also say, fresh oils and spark plugs too.

the reason i asked is because i still have the OEM downpipe with no extra bung for the 02 sensor and isn't that the only way to read a accurate AFR reading?

You can use the bung for the secondary sensor behind the factory cat, if you still have it, if not it'll be behind the test pipe. It's best to have it in the downpipe, but it's better than not having one at all.
