English Racing remote tuning alternative?
Over the last few months I purchased over $5K worth of parts in order to upgrade my Evo X to get it ready for a flex fuel tune from English Racing. They tuned my car on site up to this point, but I moved out of state last year. Aaron was e-mailing with me to advice me on these purchases. I was about to start tearing my car apart when I got the following e-mail from Aaron: "I regret to inform you that we have discontinued remote consultations of any form for the time being. We will let you know when and if we resume that service."
I'm a bit shocked. Talk about being left stranded. I realize I'm not the easiest of customers (I ask questions), but my money is good and I've always sang their praises.
So what are my options? Are there other remote tuners that can take an existing English tune and work with me on the flex fuel tune? Besides the bigger injectors (and supporting fuel system mods), I was planning on adding a cam as well.
I'm not sure if I'm more angry or more sad. Not cool English, not cool.

This, and ER is super busy at the shop, so the income stream for etuning isn't worth the hours it adds to the day.
So are there other tuners? Anyone?
It's not about not caring. It's having to run a business, and you only have so many hours in a day, so you have to make choice. And the choice will always bee to work on what is physically in front of you at the shop.
To give them credit, they did just follow up with me again and explained as much. I do get it, believe me, but I still was/am a paying customer and expected this explanation up front. Anyway, I'm still interested in alternatives.
Jestr in Central Florida does eTuning/remote whatever. I have an in person apt with him next weekend for my X (can let you know how it goes). I've read good things about him on the forums and apparently he has been round for a while.

That would be great, thanks. I'm currently reaching back out to Forged Performance in GA, but they only do Cobb, so I'm not sure how that would go.
Wait, is that the same or different guy? https://www.facebook.com/Slowpoketuning/
I can't access fb at my work's wifi, but this is his site: https://jestrtuning.com/wp/
