Guys ive been looking for the answer and have no idea where should i begin this thread.
im building my asx bolt it on with turbo and using evo X ecm and stick with original cvt transmission.
The engine running perfectly after re register the vin in ETACS but i wonder how to make this TCM recognize the new ECM so they can work together..
Is theres anyone has done this before.
I know cvt are softboy maybe i just run it at very low boost.

 

There has to be a way to make it work. I know the base Lancers that boost, even on the CVT, can be made to work. Your ASX/RVR/OS is extremely similar, I have one as well, so I can't see a reason as to why it wouldn't work. I would contact HTuning, Hiram can likely help you out remotely. He's great with these things.
