Just a quick clarification for everyone. If the car is running leaner with the new intake pipe that means the intake is affecting the way the MAF is reading, thus the ECU is riding on lower load tables. Lower load tables mean less fuel and also more timing. Also depending on how the factory is controlling boost, it could mean boost feedback is trying to run more boost. So the power increase is coming from a mix of leaner A/F, more timing, and possible slightly more boost (depending on boost control strategy).

The shop probably did not know how to dyno the car since they have just acquired the dyno.

We have had the dyno for a long time. Not sure why you think we just got it.

I would try a put a decent tune on the car before beginning to mod. Try to eliminate all the variables first.
