AMS, a suggestion:
Consider revising your hangers for your exhaust. I'm not certain that the hooks on those straps will last the test of time, nor will the rubber stand up to the heat!
Also, to install the FMIC and UICP...no wait....why don't we call it HSIP or HSICP, hot side....anyways, do you need to remove the bumper, or can you drop the stock one out the bottom and the new one up and just bolt it in from the bottom?

As far as the FMIC and hard pipes, I am pretty sure you will be able to mount it without removing the bumper. Its hard to tell at this point for sure though. The bumper is not hard to remove so dont worry much if you have to take it off.
