My only concern is that these will put wear on the synchros. I'm sure the "feel" is great though; very rifle bolt like. Works tuning talks about this on their website, and they say that metal bushings feel great but wear synchros prematurely. AMS, is this true?

THIS should give you a good idea how a syncro works. Once you understand how it works, you can see that it would be impossible for an aluminum shifter bushing to hurt a syncro.

Stupid questions...

Are the AMS underhood shifter bushings and the Works hybrid shifter cable bushings the same thing...? Sorry for my stupidity.

Also, AMS are you guys making console bushings as well? I would like to order all from you but I only see that works has the console bushings right now. I hear that the console bushings and your AMS underhood shifter bushings work great together...

Thanks!!!

not sure if they are the same. Our are cnc aluminum replacements for the factory rubber bushings.

Console bushings are not out yet as we are unsure if they are needed.
