So adjust the preload tighter. Do you have to really pull on the rod to get it on the wastegate flapper thing on the turbo?

UPDATE

First, Thanks all you guys for your feedback. You've been great!

We took out the Forge actuator and put back the factory unit and still is not boosting over the rod pre-set . We tested the Forge unit blowing some compress air into it and its working fine, so this variable is eliminated.

Other test we made, is disconnecting the vacuum lime from the actuator and the car will over boost, so the turbo is working...2nd variable is out. Apparently something is wrong with the vacuum hoses. The car does not have the factory vacuum hoses from the selenoid tee's to the turbo intake and actuator(no restrictors at all). But this was like that with factory turbo and Hallman manual boost controller(everything was working correcly), now I'm running the Red and hit this poblem. Definitely there is some sort of poblem there. I will keep trying to resolve this but if you have any idea or feedback it will be appreciated.

Thanks again.

There is no way around the fact that you have something hooked up wrong. EcuTek mapping does not change itself so either you got some of the lines crossed or unplugged the boost solenoids or something.

Go back and double check all the line routing, I'm not sure how many "pills" are in the lines but if anny of them got removed or moved to a different location....

My inital thought is that got the lines reversed at the WGA and pressure nipple, but again I have not checked to see if there are any pills in that section of line that would cause this issue.

Yes the exact same bleeder hose configuration is needed in order for the solenoids to do anything.

UPDATE

First-Thanks, I appreciated everybody's input and help.

I put back the factory hoses. What I believe went wrong is the restrictor pill that was on the turbo housing side is needed. I ran a test disconnecting the hose after the tee that goes to the selenoid and it overboost (it didn't do this before)so I think I resolve the poblem. When I connect it back it remains on 20PSI so I believe we are good now. Im meeting wih Ecutek tuner this afternoon to adjust the boost throught the ecu to see if it works.

I'll keep you posted. Thanks again

std pill size is 1.17mm
.10mm of a change makes abig differance smaller for more boost larger for less
tightening the gate ramps the turbo boost on harder giving more punch out of
a gear change

Thanks for the input, I thought about this and order the GST pill. It should arrive today. Currently I'm hitting 24PSI so as soon as I switch I'll post the jump on boost.... or overboost.
