Wink Help with boost

help with my boost controller problem, i have a forge unos mbc, and a forge westgate actuator, i was messing with the wga actuator B4 i got the boost gauge and boost controller to reduce the tapering, but now wen i installed the boost controller 19 is the max it will go to , i can set it below 19 but i can turn the whole mbc to the maximum and it wont go over that :/ i have tried 2 different mbc.

thank you.

What was your solution, please I just installed the force actuator and running with the same issue but with the factory boost controller being control by the ecutek reflash.

Thanks in advance

Do you have the line from the turbo outlet to the bottom of the boost controller and the line to the wastegate actuator on the side of the boost controller?

Do the Forge Actuator needs and adjustment beside moving the shaft?

I have the forge WGA set to it's lowest setting, and the forge MBC set to it's lowest setting. I'm hitting 25 psi I can't get it to get any lower than that. But that's fine though.

What Im trying to do is use the factory boost controller, using thre Ecutek. So I can raise boost. So far the factory boost control it ain't working at all. It used to work before we put in the forge actuator. Does anyone else experience this trying to use the factory boost controller?

Did you set the preload on the new wga? Try turning the adjuster in a couple turns at a time to put more preload on the wastegate.

By the adjuster you mean the rod? I did that. To set the boost to 23 psi

You may not have the vacuum lines hooked up correctly.

Just slapping on the Forge actuator without retuning the boost tables in the ECU is a VERY BAD IDEA.

It should be overboosting like a ****! I would say, however you have it setup now, don't touch it until you get to a tuner to retune the boost tables once the actuator is properly setup.

I already set the boost tables to cero with my tuner, basicly what we need is for the actuator to react to the boost tune by Ecutek. Now with the adjustments done on the Ecutek still the boost doesn't go up from the preset 23PSI that I set up on the forge actuator by moving rod.

I already double check the vacum lines with the Service manual and they are connected correctly.
