Thank you for the info!

Anyone have any hints on how to even get to the Damn MC. I curently have the tranny and clutch out and still cannot get my hands on the reservior hose at the MC or easily get the output clip off the MC...What am I missing? I tried from above and below.

I will be attempting to install the tilton 76 series next week, I'm just waiting on the braided clutch line. If all goes well I will put a full wright up on here. Justan FYI the tilton cylinder is cast and not plastic and looks 2 be an easy install. The cylinder was $120+ shipping and I got it from Pegasus auto racing got it in 2 days

I dont think ACT tested this clutch before they released it !

With that heavy pressure plate, the AMS ring did not help. We broke it twice as well. Got a exedy twin plate, pedal feels super light and there are no issues so far.

Our last resort is a custom MC if we break again.

this was right before we broke the MC..

Update. The tilton master cylinder is not the best option. After running around trying 2 get fittings I ended up at a local catapillar dealer the shower be that the fittin on the top will leak. They tapped it for me to make it hold an o-ring so it would not leak. I have been working on the car for about 10 hrs and havnt even gotten the clutch pedal out. If n e 1 would like more details feel free 2 post or pm me

just the other night, i was pulling out of the gas station, pushed the clutch pedal in to put it in first aaaaaand.... POP! pedal went to the floor and stayed

i immediately suspected the MC. i looked under the car and yup.. there was my precious fluid on the ground.

i have the exedy twin HD and AMS ring installed. the shop hasn't opened her up yet, so i'm not sure whether it was the cylinder itself splitting, hose, fittings or what. i'll keep ya posted.

to : your flawed plastic (and epoxy glued ) master cylinder must be recalled. obviously, this has become a rather common problem for us evo owners.

ok, got the car back tues. apparently a snap clip well.. snapped on a hose from vibration and it popped off causing me to lose the fluid.

so kudos to AMS your reinforcement ring is still doing the job!
